Errata corrected in previous printings

Appendix A6.2, Specific Heat of W, typographical error: The correct value at 50 K is 0.033 and at 77 K is 0.068.

Typographical error: The radius of the top plate in the last equation on p. 75 is 0.15 m (not 10.5 m). The calculated value for (0.15 W) is correct, however.
